Payment

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

*Credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover) through PayPal (verified, secured & encrypted).

*In store purchases at our retail location via check, cash, credit/debit card.

*Mail in Check/Money Order, however production will not begin until funds have been cleared, which could cause delays with your order. All customers receive an invoice.

Is My Payment Information Safe?

StickerTek takes your online safety very seriously, our site is 100% secured by a SSL Certificate encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal & payment information is safe. A Lock icon will display at the top of the website next to the URL.

Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our stickers & products are shipped via USPS and we offer 2 different methods, Priority Mail that takes 1-3 business days and First-Class Mail that takes 3-5 business days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. We currently only ship within the Continental United States.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Stickers?

Sticker orders are made to order and usually ship within 24-48 hours. Depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout typical delivery time is 1-5 business days.

How do i get free shipping?

Orders over $25 qualify for free shipping within the continental US. We use USPS First Class (3-5 days) shipping for our free shipping promotions.

Orders & Returns

What is Your Return Policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we’ll do everything possible to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items - Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on custom stickers & decals for non ProTEKtion Program members.

Pre-Production Cancellation - In the event you change your mind about your order during pre-production, please contact our contact our customer care department at: stickertek@gmail.com for a full refund. However, once your order has been completed with your custom request, we are unable to refund your purchase.

Responsibility for Shipping - We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at the fault of StickerTek. All return costs outside this scope, including ProTEKtion Program returns are responsibility of the buyer.

Window of Returns - Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 30 days from receipt of order.

Securing an RMA/Return Authorization - In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer care department at: stickertek@gmail.com for assistance.

Receiving Your Refund- Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.

What Is The Cutoff Time for Sticker Orders?

Most sticker orders are processed & produced the same day within 24 hours if placed before 2pm EST. Customized orders may require additional processing & production time and may take 48-72 business hours to ship. Please contact us for any questions or concerns about you order.

Can You Make Custom Stickers?

Yes. All of our stickers are made to order and we are able to make custom stickers, even if they are not listed on our website. Please send us your artwork files or contact us with your sticker ideas for an accurate price estimate. Additional fees may apply.
